Student Program - Forum: Root Research in 21th Century
(
Mixer of young root researchers)

An unofficial mixer for the friendship of young participants was organized by the students of Nagoya University (Organizers: Mr. Hideki Araki & Mr. Nobuhito Sekiya; Supporters: Mr. Tomoteru Mihara & Ms. Reiko Shibata). This mixer was held in a tofu (bean curd) restaurant, Kiradzu, in Nagoya City after the official receiption party on the night of November 12, 2001.
The participants who are physiologically young and who believe themselves really young enjoyed talking with one another. The participants also enjoyed making Yuba (soybean casein film) that is a typical Japanese food and tasted traditional Japanese tofu dishes.
