Participants from some countries may need a visa to enter Japan. The organizing committee is not responsible for securing visas or handling immigration affairs.Please consult the Japanese Embassy in your country to obtain information regarding visas and the necessary arrangements for immigration as early as possible.

Registration fee and expenses
Participation in the symposium will be free of charge.
However, the poster presenters (full-size poster) will be charged 2,000 yen per poster for the expense of the poster panel.
The symposium mixer costs 3,000 yen per person.
The fee for the full-size poster and mixer should be paid in cash (Japanese yen) at the registration desk. |
