Mini-poster presentation
Asian plant root scientists who live outside Japan and have difficulty attending the symposium may present a mini-poster (A3 size; around 30 cm wide and 40 cm high) free of charge.
The organizing committee will select mini-poster presenters based on the short abstract.
Application and selection:
If you hope to present a mini poster in the symposium, please submit a short abstract as a part of the registration form by September 30, 2011 (see "Registration" for details).
By October 10, 2011, the organizing committee will select mini-poster presenters on the basis of a short abstract and country of origin; the committee will attempt to maintain a balance regarding country of origin.
Preparation and submission of mini-poster: If you are selected as a presenter, please send a copy of the mini-poster in MS-Word, RTF, or PDF format to root20@jsrr.jp by October 20, 2011. The organizing committee will print the file on A3 paper and display it in the poster session. The file size must be less than 5 MB per poster. Do not send paper copies of the poster to the organizing committee. The poster must be written in English and include the title and author(s) name(s) at the top. |
